How to request account deletion

  • Your full name on the account

What will be deleted

Upon approval of your deletion request, we will remove the following data associated with your account:

  • Profile information
  • Contact details
  • Listings
  • Uploaded photos
  • Device tokens
  • Account access

We will process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Data retention

In certain circumstances, limited records may be retained if required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or safety investigations. Such records will not be used for any other purpose.
