Terms of Service

By accessing or using the My Local Vendor website or mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. My Local Vendor is currently available in the Houston, TX metropolitan area.

To list vehicles or contact sellers, you must create an account and complete identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. My Local Vendor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle descriptions, photos, pricing, and condition disclosures. My Local Vendor reviews listings before publication but does not guarantee accuracy. Sellers agree not to post misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content. My Local Vendor may remove any listing at its discretion.

My Local Vendor is a marketplace platform. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. My Local Vendor is not a party to any vehicle sale. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including title transfer requirements. My Local Vendor does not guarantee the completion of any transaction.

You agree not to:

• ×Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• ×Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• ×Attempt to circumvent My Local Vendor's verification or safety features
• ×Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ×Scrape, copy, or redistribute My Local Vendor content without permission
• ×Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

My Local Vendor provides tools and guidance for scheduling test drives but is not responsible for events that occur during test drives arranged through the platform. Users participate in test drives at their own risk. My Local Vendor strongly recommends conducting test drives in public, well-lit locations during daylight hours.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. My Local Vendor DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, My Local Vendor SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Local Vendor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your listings, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

My Local Vendor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification where feasible.
